Meiji Jingu Gyoen

This is a beautiful place, worth to visit. It is also a place where a big shrine located in the middle of it. Enjoy the clean , beautiful place in the Harajuku area.

I think the 500¥ is worth it. Beautiful gardens and bonsai trees near the tea house. Could sit here for hours, even in the summer heat.

Even out of season when most things aren’t flowering it is still worth visiting. Very beautiful. In spring this place must be breathtaking.

The path from the Ootorii leading all the way to the main shrine is absolutely beautiful and surreal.

One Shrine that you can’t leave without visit. Asakusa is sooooo commercial, this is in the middle of an amazing lung in Tokyo

Beautiful in the fall... stunning colors on the Japanese maples . 500¥ entrance helps with the upkeep of the garden .

The most peaceful place I've ever been. Very worth the ¥500 entry fee that seems to keep people away.

We paid 500 to get in and it does not worth it. Ok, we didn't go during the time when there are actual flowers to see but still - boring!

Just a walking distance from Harajuku , but with different atmosphere.

Next to Harajuku station is this beautiful Torii which lead to Meiji Jingu shrine .
