This is my second visit to any panda express. The set up isn't bad. If you know what you want you will be in and out
Line is usually long. It is best to get veggies instead of fried rice / lo mein
Finally a Panda Express in Brooklyn! Orange chicken is always a great choice.
It costs $1.10 to upgrade a bowl to a plate. But $1.50 to upgrade from a plate to a bigger plate. Don't play yourself
