This hotel was so good we stayed here for a wedding it was great the beach is not far at all the hotel is fairly big so it will take time to walk to place other than that it's just amazing

Most action takes place during the day at the main pool - drinking, tanning and the occasional employee led activity. Food is generally good across the property. Spa is very nice. Better for families.

Smoothie Bar is fantastic. Rodrigo is the Master Smoothie maker. He is very skilled at making anything your mind can think up. Great service, friendly staff . Kids and adults alike love it!

A+ service. Great place w/ your kids. They really cater to families but the setup is that youre not dealing with everyone else's kids. Book the fisher price suite. You won't regret it.

some things amazing. others not - no free/very $$ wifi (hello free social media marketing ), lame dress code policy for restos (preferred i eat alone than w my male friend in flipflops while girls can)

I admittedly hate all all inclusives, so I'm jaded. But why come to Mexico if you're going to avoid all the best parts of the country ? At least the views are nice.

Gorgeous resort , great staff , fabulous room. Meals need work. Buffet is good but gourmet restaurants - well presented, but tiny & tasteless. Pretty isn't gourmet - taste is! Small works - if great!

This place is f--king h-ll on earth. We paid a ridiculous amount and they fought us every step of the way. Wifi didn't work. Reception is full of robots, and they want you to sign and not complain.

Un hôtel au top. Les resto sont délicieux surtout le japonais et le thaï OMG ! 3 piscines et le personnel au petit soin. Pas au centre ville un peu excentré 17$ pour aller à Playa del Carmen en taxi

Отель хороший,внимательный персонал ,чисто,отдыхающие американцы и канадцы.Еда с соусами ,соленое и с луком , пляж плохой каменистый и много местного населения, поэтому если приоритет море,то не сюда.

Pésimo servicio, de los peores que he estado . Las instalaciones están bien, aunque en muchos lados fallo el AC, incluyendo un día en mi cuarto. La comida es regular y mucha de ella congelada.

Fuimos a una boda, pero no nos avisaron que teníamos que salir 00 hrs., nos quedamos hasta 5 am sin beber y al salir nos querían cobrar 72 USD por persona, sin contrato ni nada ????
