The adult section has comfy beds ! Worth the extra 20 dollars a day. If you run out of essentials take a cab to town , it's only ten minutes away and everything is 50 percent cheaper!
Must do: Frappuccino 's at L'elefant. Tacos al Pastor at Mascaras. 12' Hobie Cats at the beach . Mayan Ceremony re-enactments. Mexican music show. GO check out Chichen Itza. Hotel ruins are puny.
Bring thick sole shoes if you're coming here - there's only rocks in the ocean, but that makes it a good snorkeling experience. The Los Lirios restaurant is awesome. Loved this resort .
Join Noemi on one (or more) of the seven eco tours . Very interesting, for adults and kids. Each day at 10:30 (starting from the sports bar )

Great resort ! I stayed in the adults only section and really loved how comfy it was.

For your breakfast and lunch , choose the restaurant next to the beach , not the Festival Buffet , the other one, it's better in every single way.

Just don't. This place isn't worth it. Hoping the musty hotel room smell washes out. Food is terrible. The place seems more crowded than Grand Central at rush hour.
Been here in august and sept 2010! Had a real good time!

Our things were stolen from the security box inside the room. Also, two maintenance guys stole a friend's cell phone. Don't leave your stuff out of your sight ever!

Increíble experiencia , gran servicio de todos los colaboradores del hotel . Los restaurantes a la carta excelentes, el wifi muy malo y es una lástima que el gimnasio no esté abierto 24 horas .

La opción Select Club tiene beneficios como servicio a la habitación 24 Hrs (ceviche de camarón ) y tentempié en la casa de playa (salmón ahumado ). La playa es rocosa, pero igualmente se disfruta.
Resort con entorno natural , manglares, cenotes , animales etc. Muy buena atención. Comidas diversas y varias albercas. Especialmente con toboganes para diferentes edades. Acceso a otras atracciones .
Excelente lugar, amigable con el medio ambiente, el personal es muy amable y hay muchísimas actividades para disfrutar! (No tomen el tour de ventas, es una lata y pierdes una mañana)

Está genial el hotel y el trato es excelente. Solo les falta un detallito muy importante para presumir de ser un "Eco resort":quitar los desechables por completo.

Para desayunar mejor el bufet Mediterráneo, para la playa pillar hamaca a las 7 de la mañana con una toalla, para comer da lo mismo y cenas en El Gourmet (reservando dentro del Hotel ).
Servicio excelente, personal súper amable, muchas actividades. Uno de mis favoritos.
