Zoo de Barcelona

Don't be deterred by some comments: this is a modern zoo where most of the animals have plenty of space (also to retreat when they want to rest). Nice variety, can be walked around in less than 2h.

Great zoo , but a lot of cages are on reconstruction. Be ready that the prices on food, drinks & all the others much more bigger than in the city . Nice place not only for children, for adults too!

Really lovely little zoo . Make sure you check out the show times when you arrive early as they are great. Bring a fan in the summer (and water)

A lot of animals to see, better come here for the whole day???? especially sweet and amazing are gorillas and 3 little seals in an aquarium

Great park , lots of interesting species. Wonderfull if you want to get away from the buildings of Barcelona for awhile.

For those who wish to add a little adventure to their trips, especially when coming to the city with family, a visit to the Barcelona Zoo makes for a great day out.

The animals are beautiful. There are playgrounds all around. A lot of benches . Great zoo , worth 20£ entrance (One adult - 12£ for a kid)

Big (but old) zoo in the heart of Barcelona. Don't miss the dauphins show included in the entrance price, it worth it!

It’s a good experience and nice and big but the problem that almost everything was closed and no shows but the staff were friendly and I enjoyed my visit

At the cafe . Don't sit down having a beer/snack if you aren't with your own kids. Other people's kids suck (and feed the birds)! Bring what ever you are eating with you.

The ticket includes a free entrance to the dolphins show (look for the timetables in front of the aquarium ). Come 20 mins early because crowds are huge.

It is very interesting and nice for people at different ages, nit a lot for children. The price is okay, because it includes the dolphin show . :)

Kid's love it! A great variety of animal life in a compact space in a central location. Enjoy a picnic in the park as well !

Go in the morning while less crowded , cooler and the animals more active after just being fed

Very nice zoo ! Animals are beautifully displayed. Glass instead of fences makes it easier to photograph the animals.

The most beautiful zoo i have ever been to. The London zoo is nothing in comparation to this.

All in all a nice park . Bring your lunch , if you come during weekdays. A lot of restaurants are closed.

Very nice zoo . Take a day for it, it's large. It's worth it. The flamingos are splendid.

Beautiful Zoo . Love the monkeys and birds. You can spend many hours...

Kids can play with sheep only until 4pm - should be extended until 6pm - would keep many kids from crying !! Poney rides are way too expensive !!! The zoo needs to improve its activities for kids

Don't forget your drive license and some cash (approx. EUR 16 per hour) if you are going to rent an electro-car.
