The Olin collection includes an original Picasso etching donated by Tom Whitlock, a former DU music student who won an Academy Award for writing “Take my Breath Away” from Top Gun. (Seriously).

The chalk rooms upstairs are a great place to have group study sessions with classmates. You may want to bring extra chalk or your own dry erase board. Chalk is sometimes limited.

Drury University

The Harwood Reading Room in the upper floor of the Olin Library offers a quiet , relaxing place to read and study . Students can also make use of the enclosed study rooms for group project work.

If you miss a convocation speech you can go to the library and check out a DVD copy of the speech. which is awesome.
