If you are in Portland, GO HERE! I love this place. Such a cool vibe and it is on Alberta Street, one of the coolest streets I have been on. Get brunch , it's the best.
OK...I go to a ton of breakfast places and these guys are among the best! Why? 1. Not only dog friendly but dog loving! 2. Biscuits . A lot of places lay biscuit claims, Tin Shed owns biscuitness . Go!!
There's likely to be a line every day of the week, but you can chill outside with a cup of coffee , or leave your number, take a walk down Alberta, and they'll call you back when they're ready for you.
Favourite brunch place in Portland. Tim curry , veggie pesto are amazing . Get the passion fruit mimosa really huge. Ambiance was cool too.
I had one morning in portland and i sure am glad i came here. Eggs were great. Biscuit was great. Potato cake was great. Cheese grits , also great. Dug the DYI coffee situation as well .
Very friendly folks here. Short wait for brunch . I ordered the Benni Hill with roasted veggies sans hollandaise (watching my cholesterol). Even though I chose no h-sauce it was delicious.
Great service and amazing food! The potatoes cakes and their homemade jam were my favorites Doggos love coming here too!
Check this out...grilled polenta cakes layered with garlic-lemon artichoke hearts , smothered with butter sauteed portabella mushrooms , capers , fresh basil & parm cheese . Need I say more???
Anything with Potato cakes or cheese grits is worth it! Preferably both! And the biscuits are fantastic! Also you get a great sized mimosa for the price!
Only had sides: the potatoes and carrots which were both amazing!! But I also had the blue cheese cheesecake with blackberry sauce. A-fucking-mazing!
Breakfast and atmosphere to die for. Worth an early morning trip before things get crazy. Definitely recommend the Good Dog!
So many good things here. The bacon gravy biscuits and cheese grits are amazing! Service is equally great!
Brunch is definitely worth the wait. Actually the bacon gravy alone is worth the wait. Better to go on a weekday if you can...
Really great breakfast place. Best I have tried so far in Portland, hands down. Well executed fair , good service and excellent coffee .
Sourdough french toast was really good and was filling. The mimosa is served in a pint glass .
Eat everything! Lots of dairy and gluten free options , AND your dog can come in and eat too!
Oh boy those potato pancakes need to chiiiill. So good! Sit outside if its not pouring. Plenty of dogs to pet .
Friendly staff , good cofee, Which you'll drink a lot of while you wait for a table. The food was pretty good, with a few misses: e.g. OK hollandaise sauce without the lemon - at least it didn't break.
Cozy fire, dogs, and delicious food. I was thrilled with my scramble and everyone I know talks about the biscuits .
One of my favorite breakfast spots in the USA. Get the biscuits and gravy with the bacon gravy . Just add Aardvark habanero sauce .
Everything we ordered was really really good. We had a bit of a wait but in the end it was worth it.
The breakfast was great and the service was terrific. I’m going back here again and probably with a friend
Very interesting food ???? but doggie friendly . They can sit right by you and they even have dog treats on the menu! ????
Love this place. Eggs are fluffy and moist, potato cakes decadent, and service is excellent. My new favorite breakfasts restaurant .
It's not on the menu anymore but they'll still make the Monte Python - sourdough french toast stuffed w/ black forest ham & swiss cheese , topped w/ powdered sugar & maple syrup . Also fruit . So. Good.
The potato cakes are absolutely scrumptious! Crispy hash brown goodness with bacon bits , cheese and sour cream .
The Tim Curry is a spinning back fist of flavor to your jowls. So good, you'd never suspect there was tofu in there. Plus they do their bacon right, like a MF'er
Tin Shed always rocks! The food is amazing and the service is great. Don't forget get to try one their homemade biscuits . Yumm!!!
The Spike Lee and Big Hit are two really tasty breakfast burritos . Bring your pups too and sit in the garden or on the patio !
Tasty breakfasts and solid cocktails ... a little crowded on the weekends, so be prepared to wait.
The biscuits and gravy , man. To die for. If you have time, hit it before work on a weekday; no wait!
The grits are awesome, and they have an equal amount of stuff for vegetarians and meat eaters to please all!
The San Fran sandwich is absolutely divine! Don't be intimidated by the blue cheese spread if you're wary, it's not that strong.
Tim Curry , Rollover, Benny Hill . Get a biscuit for sure.
Everything here is yummy. Biscuits w mushroom gravy , the gluten free bread , cheese grits . Also coffee is good. Staff are lovely.
Try their bacon infused breakfast cocktail ! Delicious!
Very dog friendly , right down to the doggie dessert on the menu.
Had the Roll Over, fantastic with the bacon gravy . Get a biscuit - these biscuits are deadly good.
BEST Breakfast place . . House Coffee blend is excellent (Portland Roasting)
I used to LOVE Tin Shed. They changed their menu and removed my fav dish. The cheesy grits were bland, and biscuits that were to die for, are now half the size and over-baked. A huge disappointment.
Um, everything was amazing. Just go. If you don't, well , wherever you're at other than here is a waste of time.
Best breakfast in Portland! Great vegan options and house infused cocktails .
Grapefruit mimosas !
Everything is good!
Any type of eggs on top of potato cake . Get your own damn water and coffee . Biscuits !
Very dog friendly ! Great food, a very safe choice.
Worth interrupting a drive, getting off the highway, and having breakfast at. Everything Nice is awesome, the mushroom gravy is killer, and +++ on the grits !
Potato cakes are amazing, freezer jam , biscuits , I love the Fetch..dog friendly
Even though Goat Boy isn't on the menu, you can still order it! (Egg scramble w/ goat cheese , mushrooms , spinach & sun dried tomatoes )
You can bring your dog into the enclosed and heated sun porch AND they have a doggie menu!
Get Bunkhouese Vittles! You can try a little bit of everything. Simply awesome! - Soxinly
Sea Salt & Carmel is definitely the go to ice cream. Their seasonal ice cream are also delicious. - Rebecca Holland
