A 3/4-star hotel that is located in the heart of KL. The location is perfect for shopaholics as you can visit Suria KLCC and Avenue K nearby. Also, you can take the pedestrian walkway to Pavilion.

Overall this hotel is not bad. Big room with comfortable bathroom . But they need to do some refurbishment as it's already been a while. Still, great location and reasonable rates .

Love it, its bridge to both pavillion n klcc. N v safe bridge . Hotel r superb n conceige are v nice to help me charging my hp after whole day discovering klcc. Shoe shine is a plus.

Nice hotel : Big rooms , fast wireless wifi , friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet . And great location!

Great for location n good staff (friendliness). Been here several times, but food served during breakfast buffet and dinner are untasty and hasnt improved over the years.

It is a very long walk from KLCC station. Through Suria KLCC mall , Two long tunnel then you have to loop through aquarium and up the stairs to convention center then through another skywalk

There is an air-con link bridge walkway to KLCC which takes about 7-9min which is super convenient. Room and bathroom are big, comfy beds . Loving it already!

Reasonable price with average room quality. Service is prompt & acceptable. One good thing about this hotel is the wide range of breakfast choices.

Good hotel it just the parking lot is not that big so it will be difficult to park whenever there is an event going on at the hotel .

Caution! Parking with 2-way narrow lane. Watch out for on coming cars on every twists & turns. Convex mirrors included.

The hotel is linked with a walkway to Bukit Bintang and Suria KLCC making it easy to go round and about in Kuala Lumpur

Spacious & great location good for business & leisure travellers

Good proximity to KLCC. Vehicle traffic at the end of the day! No steam room on site. Great omelette and fresh fruit during breakfast !

Have to come all the way down to get to smoking area , which is a dirty place outside the hotel with no chairs or whatsoever. The minute you check out, your internet connection is terminated

Staircase not accessible at carpark, magnetically locked frm inside. Autopay machine hidden at the staircase exit frm lobby to carpark. Another machine on 4th floor. Gd luck.

U have to park at KLCC Convention Centre and take a shuttle here or valet parking is RM 18. I call it inconvenience!

Food at the always crowded Coffee House aka Tonka Bean sucks. A walk over to JP Teres, Grand Hyatt is always a lifesaver

Need to provide smoking rooms. You have to come all the way down to smoke outside
