TSA Security Checkpoint

Because United has moved with American, the checkpoint is now more busy. GIVE YOURSELF AT LEAST TWO HOURS. Don't be one of those people who "only have 10 minutes to catch my plane !"

Make sure you only have one carry-on bag and one personal item. You will have to consolidate your bags BEFORE entering TSA Pre-Check.

TSA PreCheck is useless for American passengers in Terminal B. They make you walk thru the United terminal, past a dozen plus gates, retail etc to get to gates 30-39.

Don't be fooled, the priority access and first class line sometimes goes much slower than the regular line .

The TSA Pre ✅ line is slow. They were sharing the Screening with non Pre ✅ making it slower!

Major hard a$$ about two bag rule. Ladies with purses , laptop bag, and suitcase, you have to compact down before walking into security.

Delta gates 13-22 are aways away

Opt out. The TSA agents are thorough here, but far more gentle than Chicago or Minneapolis.

Quick and easy when you come early.

Such slow security lines !! Especially for gates b37 and 38

They've got the new millimeter wave body scanners here, but you can request a pat-down instead.

Make sure to completely empty your pockets or the Nazis will throw you major attitude!

Be prepared for a long wait and now you have to talk off belts and take everything out of your pockets and they feel you up

They need to prep people how pre-tsa works before the people are actually in line

Lines here are ridiculous and they often appear to have no common sense.

Eat before you go through security. Food choices suck.
