Beautiful facility! They have just about everything here you would need. Change room a little cramped though, but over all much nicer than most places.
Excellent gym , a bit on the small side so make sure to skip out of the busy times of 5-8pm and you'll he fine.
New equipment, swimming pool , hot yoga . There seems to be a strange trend with many girls putting on their makeup BEFORE their workout... not the best atmosphere.
Thursday nights are Hot Yoga Classes to avoid crowded changing room ( because of the classes ) come before 6:00 pm
Use a lock.... Or your stuff WILL be stolen. People treat the coat racks like a shopping mall !
Try the noon hot yoga class on Tuesday's. The teacher is awesome
Horrible hours on Sunday...only open until 5pm, aside from that excellent gym !

why are the trainers obese at this goodlife fintess (mcarthur)? the trainers are close to 300 lbs. WHAT IS GOING ON?
