Get there early morning it's quite...put your head phones in and push it to the limit! No pain no gain.
For women who lift weights , late morning, early afternoon is quiet . It's less congested than Hemenway.
Great place to workout and meet guys.:-)
Weight room downstairs.
Try to avoid the locker room when the kids swim practice is letting up...think excessive noise levels and water everywhere.
