Our favorite hotel to stay at when we visit Disneyland . The suites are nice. 2 pools & fire put for s'mores . Starbucks on-site, plus a deli , a fabulous lounge , & TusCa a delicious restaurant . Shuttle .

Perfect if you're visiting Disneyland ! The shuttle is for Hyatt guests only, & is always playing a Disney movie on board :) The Hyatt staff members here are amazing!

....from the people (person who checked us in, doormen , etc.) to the facility, which accommodated our National CRS group, we had a great experience!

Diamond membership is greatly rewarded at this property. The staff is über friendly and an incredible hotel . Spent 60 nights here this year.

Get a kid's suite if you can. Lots of room, 2 in fact. Bunk beds for the kids, king bed in main room, 2 TVs , microwave, refrigerator, and French doors to separate rooms .

Friendly staff , especially the girls at the front desk. The user friendly shuttle to and from Disneyland makes this place that much better. Highly recommended.

Nice room and staff . Surprised they made us pay for parking as a guest.! Also the in-room TV was analog, not HD, so a little fuzzy. The pay per view options wouldn't load either.

Sarah & then Megan at front desk and the cleaning crew on the 4th floor were professional, polite and went above & beyond. An awesome experience for everyone!

If you purchase a brewed coffee in the lobby Starbucks, you can bring your cup back all day for .68 refills!!!

First time here and I agree... front desk staff are really friendly . Room is just okay. Need to fix the water temp control knob for the shower (at least in our room). Really close to Disneyland .

The rooms are kind of small. Close to Disneyland and Oggi's Pizza . Which is a must stop location!

One of the best hotel exercise facilities. Only one better is at the Hilton at the convention center .

valet guy was nice and the building looks amazing. not ur typical hyatt layout.

Nice hotel , and they have shuttle to Disney land.

Make sure you get the comp secured before signing up for any loyalty programs.

The Tosca restaurant in the lobby is terrible. We had Fruitti di mare seafood pasta and the pasta was undercooked! My pizza was soggy in the center. Wish I would have went to Joe's Crab Shack!

$22 for parking (valet is same price as self-park) and $15 for wifi .

So close to Disneyland and awesome customer service. Worth the stay.

The tables in the lobby have outlets. Awesome to get some work done.

Bus to DL now costs $5/per person and you buy the tix from a machine at the bus stop . A/C in the room was loud and didn't keep the room cool.

Come here with kids and get the bunk bed sweet it rocks! So does the service!

The pool in the south tower (floor 3) is more kid friendly ...and more protected from the wind.

The AAA discount has breakfast buffet included, that's like a $40 per 2 people. And the buffet has a GREAT spread

TusCA offers only 2 items at lunch on Sunday. 1/2 tuna melt and cheddar soup $13 and the other was minestrone soup $8. Not impressed with ONLY 2 options. :(

Don't trust them when they say they will upgrade you. customer service that made my reservation said they would upgrade. we're here and no upgrade. they want another $75 for upgrade! Wtf!?!? Not cool

Got this hotel via priceline. Didn't feel that we were treated differently from regular guests.
