There's only one outlet in the Starbucks area- so be sure to bring an extension cord to share or get there early

All the employees are talking about is "pre-closing". Probably not a good thing to be talking about. Especially when you're talking really loud , and the store is full/quiet.

People are dumb if they don't like the service here! They're all awesome! Never had a problem and they all know me by name.

The wifi here sucks. Intermittent signal, too many users, and generally too slow to use on any device. They should fix this, it's terrible always.

No berry coffee cake , no change for a $10 bill, no hotel discount - what happened to customer service at this place?

Employees aren't friendly and they mess up your order. Go to the one in b&n instead if you want amazing service
