A view into how the wealthy lived in Amsterdam in the 17/18th centuries , mostly through art & furniture . If that sounds dull, don't go. If that sounds neat, it's a nice way to spend an hour.
The audio guide is only €1, well worth it for those little bits of extra info that aren't on the placards
Located at the Herengracht canal , this museum is home to applied and fine art collections of Mrs Willet-Holthuysen. Roam around the three floors and see art from the 19th and 19th century .

As far as canal house museums go, Museum Van Loon is much better.
Definitely worth a visit if you're interested in historical interiors.
