Obama has been here. Plus, it's yuuuuuuuge so there's a lot of space. All of the furniture seems culled from estate sales from 50's and 60's style homes. Awesome furniture pieces, very charming.

My French Bulldog's fave place to brunch (they have all-day breakfast ). She adores the servers who spoil her rotten, and their homemade dog biscuits . A very dog-friendly patio w/multiple water dishes.

Love the food and environment here -- the veg hash is amazing, as is every variety of French toast they've ever had! I also really love the fact that they have four private, gender-neutral bathrooms !

The shrimp omelet was really good! I also had the grits on the side. Service was really good too. Would definitely come back again.

Creative cocktails and a solid food menu. Great to have The Coupe on 11th since its bigger than many of the other restaurants on the strip that have a smaller capacity and are often over an hour wait

This is a great place to work and eat. I had a bunch of work to do one Sunday and popped in here to work, got hungry so asked a friend to meet me here to eat and catch up, and went back to work.

The coupe fries alone are worth the trip, but all of their breakfast date is delicious. Also: try their lavender hot chocolate - so good!

Creative food, fun and quirky ambiance, and great brunch . Call ahead for brunch , it gets crowded quickly. The pumpkin apple French toast was a delicious surprise!

Consistently excellent background music , which is either wonderful or terrible depending on how much work you want to get done. (Also, the food is great. Get the shrimp po boy with a side of spinach .)

Great coffee and space for working by yourself or with groups, combined with being a great lunch spot . Very cool vibe. Will be back

OMG this restaurant is awesome! Such great customer service and delicious food. Try to Bannana Nut Pancakes and the grits are awesome (i got the one without cheese ). Also their Chai Latte with Soy!

Breakfast is bomb it’s very good pricing as well . Server was nice and service was fast great place to go.

Johnny Bar can make your trip worthwhile if pull up a stool at the diner . Once you've made friends grab the Tunisian Eggs . Oh, and have a REAL Irish coffee . They're to die for.

You get animal crackers with coffee . This is the coolest thing I have ever seen. But also the coupe has the best atmosphere in DC and is the perfect hangout spot .

Crispy brussels sprouts are a great sized app and the lemon aeoli is delicious (ask for more on the side as you get a ton of sprouts)

Great place for work. Coffee , food, booze, this place has it all. I've been here when it's been packed, but Sunday evenings seem to be a bit slower.

I prefer the homey , more well-worn atmosphere of their sister spot Tryst, but The Coupe still offers the same great drinks, food, and workspace .

Not too crazy about the Mushroom Rueben but everything else was wonderful. Great server also, too bad I didn't catch his game--but thanks! Looking forward to trying the frog legs on my next visit.

I got the hash brown bowl which was so good, but the waiter messed up my order twice I would still recommend it because the food is delish, just don't expect attentive service !

Good place to get work done. It can be loud , so bring head phones. Decent draft beer list , but their drafts are only 12 oz, not a pint.

Wonderful brunch . The French toast with apple compote and pumpkin purée was amazing.

If you think it might be nice to stop in and get a cup of coffee on the morning walk with the dogs - forget it. At least corporate coffee knows how to treat a customer.

The coupe special was delicious, the eggs are cooked to perfection. It's a laid back atmosphere with a trendy classic style.

The bar to the right of the entrance includes a free-standing high top that's first come first serve if the wait is long, specifically for brunch .

FYI the juice is fresh squeezed!!! I bravely ordered it so now we can all get our juice on without being pretentious .

Really cute space and great servers but the food isn't the best. Go for those coupe fries and croque madame . Opt out of the pappardelle and gnocchi

May be my new favorite study spot . Waiter heard me say I liked the animal crackers and brought me an extra cup of them!

I had the Coupe special with Ethiopian coffee and it was simply Devine

Get the Kale Caesar and ask them to add grilled chicken . It's a full meal.

Add some sriracha to the hash brown bowl and it's magical.

Good service and great coffee (and it comes with animal crackers ).

The Hashbrown Bowl is killer! Good cappuccino as well .

Great spot to have a business meeting and eat while you're at it.

Take Coupe Special and it is more than enough for breakfast 👌👌
