A true Colorado Springs establishment. My favorite omelette is the Great Chile Cook-off (an omelette smothered in pork green chile ), and the french toast is one of the best in town .
Pat's Thunderbird is a burrito inside of an omelette , topped with green chili ! This is an omelette talked about as an imaginary food... You're not dreaming! It's real!!
A wonderful place to eat breakfast/brunch! Thee French toast is a-freaking-mazing, as stated & prices are reasonable. There is usually a long wait & often, there are a lot of flies buzzing around :-/
Try the "breakfast quesdadilla" it's chorizo , eggs and cheese between two pan fried tortillas cut into quarters and served with salsa roja , AKA "Big Eddie's Breakfast Special ". Very tasty. All day.
Their green chili is amazing. Bloody Mary's are pretty good too and half price on Sundays!
If you're here on a weekend be prepared to wait 15-45 minutes to be seated.
Banana bread French toast , green chili skillet
I thought the Godfather omelette was top notch. Good portions too.. Didn't eat 'til dinner .
Black Forest ham omelette is where it's at, dawg.

Green Chili Skillet . Do it.

Watch your step. The stairs are a doozy. #bettercallsaul
Blueberry crunch pancakes , that's all.
Try The Bronco for lunch . It's basically a Monte Christo sandwich without the jam - but there's jam dispensers on the table so go to town .
Best breakfast in the springs.
Two for one Bloody Marys . Can't go wrong there!
Excellent biscuits & gravy .
