Starbucks

This was the first Starbucks in Portland. Before Pioneer Square was there, it was a 2-level parking garage , seen here in this 1974 photo, taken from the 2nd floor over Margulis Jewelers.

The Portland Hotel under construction , 1889. This is the west side of the building. Today Starbucks sits on that left (northwest) corner. The fenced area is now the Nordstrom building's block.

The parking garage occupied the P. Square site from from 1952 till the late 70s. From 1891 - 1951 the glorious 326-room Portland Hotel stood on the site. (See the B&W photo)

Free WiFi as usual. Cold brew is pretty solid. Nice seating with fans and natural light . Outdoor space is nice by the square also.

Lovely new Starbucks in Old Town with Nitro and Regular cold brew on tap, ample seating and outlets.

This location is blessed with the amazing Clover machine. Be sure to watch in awe as it brews your very own cup of coffee , as you wait. These are hard to find on the East Coast, you lucky PDX folks! Read more

This is a nice place 2 go 2 & get a cup of coffee or a cup of hot t.

Great place for people watching . Lots of hippies.

goto public domain or coffee plant (both within three blocks) for better, cheaper, and non-corporate coffee .
