There is always going to be a line , but they try hard and usually most of the team is super nice. There are a few that aren't though.

Always busy, and the staff can be slow at times. Usually takes about 10 mins to get coffee . They are really friendly . Unfortunately, they run out of things constantly. Limited time? Go to Nordies.

If to have a gift card registered with MyCard, make sure to ask for it back, otherwise they will throw it away.

They really like to take their time with your order! But they always remember my name when I come in! :)

Not exactly fast given that there are 6 people behind the counter, but very friendly and courteous service !

The iPhone app is way different from the Android app. But both a must have!
