The queueing system is out of control here, if you need an appointment and don't want to go insane, do it Monday - Thursday - i spent 3 hours their on a cracked screen WITH an appointment #geniuses?

You can use the free Apple Store app to check yourself out for accessories . It uses your camera to scan the item and charges your iTunes account! So cool!

It's an Apple Store. Lots of shiny things to be had in here. Great customer service.

Buy online and do Personal Pickup. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Only negative is just how crowded the store is.

The Apple Store @ The Domain has a much better selection of accessories , so if you're looking for something to go with your existing Apple products, I suggest making the trip there instead!

Left MacBook for a repair that should have only taken 5-7days. It's been more than 2 weeks and they communicated to me it was ready. Drove to store and it wasn't. Horrible communication

The worst experience ive had at an apple store. Akward staff , poor attitudes, staff standing around not doing anything...ill be shopping online or at the domain from now on.

Saturday morning before 9am is the best time for the Genius Bar - no wait
