AND the irony of it all is I have the black tie protection & this is the 2nd time I've come here for the same issue. I just want my camera to work! Can I say ugh! Pu na nana!

I like Best Buy, but I always have to hunt someone down for assistance in this particular store.

The Car Stereo Dept rocks - experienced installers who do a good job, easy to deal with. (I swear nobody paid me to say this.)

Sooo slow to do online order in store pickup. They only have one person looking for everyones stuff.

Can't count on most of the employees. Know about the product you want before going.

If you have a promotion that requires customer service to push more than one button, they won't honor it. So now I am not only a former employee of this corporation, but also a former customer. :)

I always find it easier to enter the parking lot from the second drive way on the Mopac service road .

Probably my favorite Austin location however upon my visit on 6/25/2010 I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone on the mobile phone department. Such a shame.

This Best Buy has an ATM machine.

The manager, Michelle, is the worst person I have ever dealt with. She is rude and does not understand customer service. When I asked for other options or mgmt, she referred me to their 800 #.

Order online and pick up. Super easy.
