No more complimentary breakfast , but the cafe is at least better quality than complimentary . Beautiful renovations and comfy rooms !
The cafe is crazy expensive and our reservation was wrong. Staff on site were helpful and friendly ; errors made thru reservation centre were not able to be fixed!
Bed was comfy AF. Slept like the dead, me.
Most beautiful hotel , renovations look awesome!
Don't stay here if you need the shuttle, they advertise that they will take you anywhere within a five mile radius, but will in reality only take you to the university and airport .

The rooms are lovely, the beds are super comfortable, and the service is great. Ignore the whiners. I spend 200 mights a year in hotel rooms and this one is just fine. - Scott Noon

Go on the whirlpool rapids hike. It's about a 2 mile hike leaving from whirlpool rapids state park and has some of the best scenery I saw during my stay in Niagara. - Cody Craine
