Every time I return, this place is better. Their vegetable+egg galettes are divine. Breads are off the hook. Coffee is great. Granola is delish (and moving to a smaller retail bag was inevitable).

Great quiche , peach galette , sliced picnic bread , & drip coffee . I nearly gave up on this place after disappointing purchases at their farmers' market booth . Everything has been great in the shop

We love good breads ???? choose the one you love here! And giant chocolate croissant ???? ???? for only 2 dollars. I’d like one day to understand why they are at 6 dollars in San Francisco for poor quality

Finding bread like this in the states makes my German, bread-loving heart jump in circles! ???????????? What a great start into a Sunday with a walnut loaf and a latte to go from Companion.

Blue Bottle coffee and great baked goods as well as artisan breads baked on premises. I had a cappuccino and salted fudge cookie (they were out of coconut macaroons , alas)

This Bake Shop has an amazing Tortas Ahogada birote. This bread is as close as you can get to the original hard crusty finish that can handle the dip in the salsa !

Today I was told that all breads are now vegan except on Fridays. they do some special event then. That's great news.

Try the gnarled up "Epi" everything bread sticks . Best baguette anywhere? Me say yes. Chocolate sourdough and the banana walnut breads both come highly recommended

Pastries are on point and the bread isn't too shabby either. There was a little rush on a nice weekend, so be prepared for that.

Buy all the pastries and breads . Good coffee too!

I got the Picnic bread sliced and it made great panini sandwiches for days.
