Excellent, central location. I was surprised that no bathrobe or slippers are provided in the rooms. If you need to use a computer/print, ask for a voucher at Guest Services.

Great location and fitness center is very well equipped. Notable how friendly and effective the staff are. Will be staying here again when in the area.

breakfast is excellent but if not included in your room expensive . they have really good American coffee in pots by the machine! and? a 24 hour fitness center too.

Located centeally in OldTown. Great for both business and leisure. Rooms are clean and descent in size. Restaurant , lobby bar , meeting rooms, gym are available. Staff is kind, prices are affordable .

My favorite hotels in AMS. Good breakfast choice, nice bar and lounge . If you are a Gold member you get free wifi .

This is our third stay, easy to find from Centraal, look for the Dome and its right across the street. Excellent location, great customer service!

One of the best hotels in Amsterdam, location is good and the service along with the room size compering to other Europe hotels was wonderful as well . Front office staff were professional 👍🏻

Everyone needs to get over the Internet thing. That's how they weed out the cheapskates. Earn marriott status and Internet is always free. Concierge lounge is amazing. People are friendly . A++

The bartender was kind enough to set me up with a genever tasting. It's the stuff the English added herbs to & distilled to make gin . The Oude has more character, but the Jonge is lighter.

Stopped a few times, gradually getting worse. Lobby smells from time to time and the club lounge ran out of drinks. Nearby steak and Italian places are good and location for the station is fantastic

A great out if you choose to stay in the older part of town . Probably not ideal if you have kids in tow the way we did.

As we all know Amsterdam has issues with physical space that been said I think this hotel was very okay clean well situated just a bit busy!

Really good location, close to the centre, but quiet . Comfortable rooms and a superb club lounge .

They have a fitness center , but no swimming pool ( this is not bad) we use fitness c. Couse free fresh weather breakfast is perfect

There is great restourant just round the corner called Van Speyk. Great food and perfect service. 2 min walk is worth it.

Location is great. No complimentary water at the room which I find ridiculous because even some 4 stars hotels give u a couple water bottle for free everyday. Rooms are just to fit in size

Perfect location , good facilities and friendly staff . A good place for staying.

On the top floor there is a balcony that has a grey view of the city .

Excellent in every way other than Internet quality. So far it's been too slow to use, and at €20/day too expensive . The bottleneck is Ibahn, which cannot be reached by phone after hours.

Internet speed is only moderate. Even on the "premium" connection, I get only about 2Mbps d/u on Speedtest from a 5th floor room.

The food here isn't bad and it's reasonably priced. Oddly enough, the cannelloni is delicious. Go figure.

Crazy that hotels still think they can charge guests for Internet. It's 2012 - and Renaissance charges 20€ a day. That's like charging people to use electricity. Come on!

Liked the hotel , up to the point where my door got locked and had to go to the reception 4x before they fixed it. Not staying here anymore.

Worst 5 star hotel that I've ever stayed. Guest services is a disgrace, rooms are very bad isolated every part of the room there are disturbing noises.

No robes or slippers provided and worst part is internet is not free !!! In 2017 they charge you 10€ per day. Just ridiculous !!!
