If you are a fan of pho then go and check this place out. They have the best chicken pho I've had in Sacramento. FYI cash only , dont make the same mistake i did lol
The wait is ridiculously long and sometimes the restaurant might even close early (3PM) due to a limited amount of pho broth made each day, but worth the wait for the best pho in town .
