In general, good value for money (compared to similar hotels ). Zero service basically, but what they offer is how it’s supposed to be. Breakfast is very good, rooms are spacious , but not sooo clean .

Small rooms but very nice indeed. Good service ; our air con had been sabotaged by the last guest and was sorted out in minutes. Recommended for London weekend breaks, go to the house of coffee for fd

Hotel rooms are very nice and well cleaned . It's located in a good position to reach Earl's Court tube station .

Value for Money in Central London

Good breakfast , nice room and overall good VFM.

Experienced a bad first night where a low, alternating hum (like a washing machine!) kept us up awake; But we were able to move room without a quibble and they refunded the cost of the night.

Good price, clean rooms , and excellent location.

Ask for a map at reception, you need one to find the walkway to the second building!

Ask for the 'quiet ' side of the hotel . One side is over the railway tracks !

Beware the toiletries vending machine, items often get stuck

They promise a good night's sleep and that is exactly what you get. Breakfast is not that varied but still ok.

Seriously good beds! Breakfast was a bit disappointing: couldn't keep up with the demand and not much variety. Friendly staff though.

Perfect base for visiting Eurogamer Expo at Earls Court

You can paint the walls a nice shade of purple but the staff you employ are still incompetent idiots

Una bella catena inglese che non tradisce. Questo hotel , in particolare , è in una ottima posizione. Le camere sono carine e pulite. Domani testo la colazione ... ????

Ótimo custo benefício!! Equipe muito atenciosa, quartos limpos e confortáveis, próximo à estação Earl's Court e uma ótima região com muitas comodidas!

Aggiungo alla mia precedente recensione che la colazione è veramente fantastica e le 10£ richieste sono più che giustificate.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale cortese e camere pulite. Colazione imperiale! Ottima la posizione per raggiungere qualunque destinazione partendo dalla vicinissima Earl's Court Station.

Gostei da hospedagem, apesar do quarto simples e sem frigobar. Os atendentes foram muito atenciosos e falavam português de Portugal.
