Hard Eight BBQ

Is it easy to say Everything? Yes, it was all great. The brisket was so tender, it melted in my mouth. Turkey , sausage were just as good. Well worth a trip and watching the pit masters was a treat.

If the brisket is fresh, go for it. The turkey is awesome. Corn is better without butter. Sweet tea is awesome. Fries are huge but awesome. Beer selection is rubbish, especially for a Texas BBQ joint

The Sausage , Baked Sweet Potato and Fruit Salad were delicious. You order the meat by the pound which was new to us. If you like beans, don't forget to get a cup from the bean pot - very tasty!

Meats are excellent. By the pound, sausages , ribs , brisket , chicken , turkey , etc. The guys at the grill are very helpful. The sides delicious. Pay, sit inside/out and grab some sweet tea .

Brisket and prime goes without saying but what will surprise you is the Mac and cheese & the banana pudding ,got sweet buds then get the sweeten ice tea

You know it's gonna be good when u see pallets of wood in the pkg lot & the chimneys on the roof. Walk through the pits to get to the stand where all the BBQ is on display. Chicken jalapeño poppers

Awesome food! Great brisket & jalapeño sausage links. Sides are tasty as well . Great place to go to when you're really hungry!

The meats are front and center here, as the entrance takes you right into the area where they are being smoked. You get your meat first, then the rest of the items for your order. Simple and fast.

Good smoke flavor on the sliced brisket : shame it was bone dry. Sauce to the rescue.Pork ribs were better. Flavorful and tasty with a little tug to get them off the bone.

Do not wear any fancy clothes because when you were waiting all smoke from BBQ will smell. The food and environment so nice& the important thing know your portion when order because you pay by pound

Amazing Texas BBQ in a fun environment. I really enjoyed the brisket with pickles and pepper sauce .

Everything is good. I tried the best brisket I have ever tasted. Be ware. You will take home a lot of food.

The music is awesome! Clay Shelburn was the artist this evening and did an amazing job! The food and customer service is great! Even though the line was long it moves really fast!

Good setup, walking you thru the cook space to order. All looks good but suffers from trying to spread a good thing to too many: tastes good but thin. Best to go off-peak times for their best stuff.

OMG.... boneless pork chop dipped in garlic butter . 2 inches thicker smoke ring and cut with plastic fork. Slap yo mama good!!

Great food and service here is excellent. If you don't know what to order ask them, they are very helpful and you can even ask for a sample.

Real meat place. Enter hungry - out happy and smoked ))) but still happy. Only in Texas. Only for meat lovers. Highly recommended.

Great BBQ meat ! Brisket , ribs , ham , turkey - it's all Excellant. Come hungry. But be careful what you order it easy to over do it and it gets pricey .

Everything is awesome! Not a fine dining experience. It's heaven for those of us who smoke and grill our food.

Order a little of everything by ordering 1/4 lbs of the meat. The jalapeno corn and potato salad are good also. The beans are also great tasting. Beware, your clothes will smell like smoke.

one of the best bbq places in Dallas. try everything but my favorite is the sausages , ribs , and their sweet jalapeño sweet corn !

All the meats we tried were great. Brisket was tender, chicken was full of flavour, sausage was hearty and not greasy. Well worth the price!

Wow. Meat served by the pit masters themselves and paid for by weight. Get as much or as little as you want. So good. Definitely worth a visit or 2

Think with your head and order less than you think, because the amount of food from meat to veggies , to deserts , soups everything....WOW! And it all Taste wonderful!

The pork ribs and jalapeno sausage ! We came here after playing Zero Latency. Worth the drive! It was amazing! Such a good night out!

Quality Texas BBQ just a stones throw away from DFW Airport . Try a few shrimp (or chicken ) poppers to start with brisket (of course, brisket !).

This is good a BBQ gets. Get there early to avoid deep lines and order by the pound.

Chicken kabobs are splendid. Don't miss the BBQ pepper bottles sauce kept on each table. And a super rocking bean ham soup on the house.

A tad pricey . Brisket was good Ribs were a little chewy and gristled. Roasted corn , Mac, cheese , cream corn were all bomb. Gotta mix the hard 8 pepper sauce on the table with the BBQ sauce . 6.5/10

Favorite BBQ spot in Texas. Nothing better than being able to order what you want from the pit.

Brisket and turkey are tremendous. Marbled brisket is my go to.

This place is a great, family-friendly, authentic mesquite grilled BBQ place . The sausage is awesome and the chicken wrapped in jalepeno , bacon and onion is juicy and just perfect. Highly reccommend!

I LOVED this place! The ribs , ribeye , bacon wrapped shrimp , corn on the cob, and fries are amazing.

Chicken poppers are perfect. Blackberry cobbler is good too. The brisket doesn't have much burned end, though.

Do not forget to get some turkey with spicy BBQ sauce ! An easily missed treat.
