Really cool pub , looks deceiving from outside but it's quite big with great historical features downstairs and "cells " to sit in. Delicious traditional pub food and massive Sunday roasts .

Great Sunday lunch both for veggies and meaties!!! Friendly , swift service. Cute little cubby holes (cells ) downstairs. Fab pub if you're looking for something traditional with interesting features.

Really cosy seating downstairs, and very enjoyable food; pork and chorizo burger was superb, cheeseboard plentiful and the desserts are more than impressive. Nice beers and good value wine list.

Bangers and mash , burgers , and amazing desserts like salted caramel and chocolate cheese cake and sticky toffee pudding ...

Seating downstairs is pretty cool, in old school cellars which is great for groups but hard to grab. Very short staffed during evenings.

Solid Pub that does good roast on Sundays. Best tables are downstairs in the 'cells ' - the pub used to be a police station .

I stick to my existing opinion of this place: it's average. The service is the best about this place but the food really did not hit my spot. There are definitely better pubs in that area for food.

Nice pub , good place to have a couple pints and chill . Downstairs seating are cool classic

Go for beer and lager and for hang out. If you are looking for good cocktails and whiskeys , then look elsewhere.

Great food. Appears crowded but check downstairs for a table. Ordering food at bar is slightly awkward - no table numbers, have to describe where you are sitting.

Nice place, very friendly staff . Two types of cider . Delicious cheeseburger and nice sausages .

Not bad at all actually. Sunday Roast good, but far too small. Great selection of beers , 'The Cells ' are great for small parties.

Good selection of beer . Can be busy and noisy , head downstairs early ad grab a table in one of the cells - cool and quieter !

Cosy place and appealing menu. However, the industrial roasted potatoes , tasteless Yorkshire pudding and hard-as-a-stick beef won't make me come again for a while :-(

Crowded after work, but worth it for the beer selection . Menu looks interesting, will try next time I'm here!

Fruli on tap and excellent burgers . The coleslaw that comes with them is amazing!

Bar staff are friendly enough. Order a Blue Moon , served just like it should be with a slice of orange .

Great pub . Go to the lowest downstairs area for a great place to have a quiet chat.

Fantastic array of draught lager and ale . Worth stopping for one or two in.

Busy former prison turned pub . Popular with the Commuter crowd.

Fantastic drinks range - estrella dam , peroni and tiger on draught ! Loads of ciders too

People behind the bar know less about how to run a pub than TFL does public transport

Um dos meus prediletos! Entradinhas maravilhosas, o scotch egg é delicioso!! Tem wheat beer - franziskaner. E tem uns nichos na parte inferior com sofá fofinho.
