Best coffee in the neighborhood and hits my top 3 in NYC, where actual good coffee can be hard to come by (especially after having the best coffee in Australia for three years). EXCELLENT flat whites !

Incredibly delicious coffee and fast service . I recommend a redeye. The heat leaks through the cup holder so get an extra napkin to protect your hand.

You'll know this spot from the adorably grumpy face on the outside, but inside is anything is but. Get your made-to-order coffee fix and sit to enjoy the paper (but with a no-laptop policy).

Consistently the best flat whites in the city . Their beans for sale are always fresh, so it's my go-to spot for that, too.

This neighborhoody spot is often as quiet as a library on weekends, as Greenpointers and those vacationing to Brooklyn fill up the seats to quietly exist online...with cappuccinos .

Best coffee in Park Slope . Regular drip and pourover are carefully made with excellent beans. Espresso drinks properly pulled.

Really good espresso based coffee drinks. Their own beans are medium roast. Cheddar chive biscuit is delicious. No laptops .

The only time I'm here, I'm actually quite grumpy (and coffee-less) and they are kind enough to recognize when I need everything real fast. ☕️

Dark, wet October afternoon outside. Inside, the barista has The Beatles on shuffle and happens to be an Arsenal supporter to boot.
