Sansotei Ramen 三草亭

I've had to wait in line every time I've been here, but the food is worth it. Menu is limited, but everything on it is top-notch. Come a little early for dinner if you don't wanna wait in line .

Really small ramen place with an amazing food. The tonkotsu black was great, but the tomato one really surprised me. Unfortunately, there will be a line and the waiting time is around 30min.

All the noodle offerings are delicious! Gyoza I found was a bit pricey for 4 pieces; they also take a while so do not expect to have it as an appetizer .

Their broth is so comforting. Tan tan is my fave. Not a huge fan of their pork belly and egg that come with so they let me trade for black fungus and mushrooms instead. A repeat customer.

Amazing ramen ! All the hot ramens are pork bone broth . The cold ramens are vegetarian to vegan depending on add-ons. The corn isn't fresh, so maybe a different add-on?

Amazing. I asked and apparently they can prepare a vegetarian dish with rice and some of the toppings. The ramen and gyoza I had were excellent.

Loved the spicy tan tan noodles . The Japanese take on dandan noodles ! Spicy , sesame , and ground pork . Yum!

Spicy noodles were amazing! The broth was so tasty with a great heat. The pork belly had a perfect flavour with a hint of char and smoke.

“Please form a line . We will seat you shortly . Thank you!” No need to wave down the host. Just stand at the interior door.

Definitely worth the wait. Make sure to get a side of Gyudon!

They don't do take out for ramen and if you're not that hungry, share cause they don't have containers to take the leftovers home

Get the Shoyu ramen ! This is by far the best place to get ramen in the city

My friend and I ordered Tonkotsu black and my husband ordered spicy Tantan . Our Tonkotsu black were pretty good except the garlic flavour is really strong. I'd come back to try Tonkotsu next time.

Shoyu and Shio , both delicious. I want to try everything on the menu. Pho used to be my go-to but I find this ramen more satisfying.

Place is tiny, only seats 30 max. Don't come as a big group; or don't expect to all be seated at the same time. They also have no a/c.

El ramen con fideo de delgado, caldo con ajo , huevo cocido , cebolla y pork belly una delicia.

Ramen perfecto! Gran calidad de los ingredientes y muy buen sazón , si te gusta el ramen entonces si vienes aquí no te decepcionarán.
