Fast service ! Was barely in the store when I got sorted.Raz was fantastic helped with the issue at hand, he explained to me what other services I could benefit from! Thought that was brilliant!
Usually a really busy store. Often if you need a Genius Bar appointment quickly it's better to head to the nearby Apple Store in Basingstoke.
What’s good about the Apple Store??? Nothing.... they are a bunch of con artists who will@show you a picture of somebody else’s Mac to get out of fixing something u see warranty . Apple genius?? Ha.!!
It's an Apple Store, attentive staff and lots of gadgets.
Check your email on there computers, apple are really laid back about what you do in there stores. Just don't watch porn!

If your Apple product is older than a year forget it. EU law covers you for 2 years warranty but they don't seem to understand that here. Save your time and buy from someone else.
