Great food, large beer garden , trendy interior and plenty of ales on tap . There is a small theatre and lots of midweek events . Penge's best pub , hands down.

Fantastic Sunday Roast , but book a table on Sundays if there are more than 2 or you or if you're arriving after 12:30

Vegan chili is decent enough. Not hugely tasty or spicy but perfectly acceptable. Great outside, apart from all the smoking... ????

Friendly staff , good bar food. Great atmosphere. One of Penge’s better boozers. Close to Crystal Palace Park .

Nice beer garden ; good place on a nice day to wait for trains from Penge West

Lamb burger was dry and tasteless and so were the fries . Too bad as it's a really lovely pub .

Very good food. Used to be owned by the chaps that owned the mansion gastro pub in gipsy hill .

Great garden out the back - remember to turn the heaters on!

Dreadful pub stay well away. Go to the maple tree in maple road for great food and beer .
