Maruyama Coffee

One of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had. I had one of the Steampunk brews but I’m sure you can’t go wrong. Home of numerous titles including the 2014 world barista championship.

Great atmosphere, spacious & alot of drip coffee varieties. I had a macchiato and it was just about perfect.

Fantastic coffee joint with historic rootsin the Japanese specialty coffee scene. This seems like their flagship store in Tokyo. Loved my Colombia Casaloma pourover .

Ogle as the tablet-controlled steampunk machine quickly prepares a full-bodied brew. Any blend can be prepared with the machine for an additional ¥100.

They will prepare a sample of any coffee you'd like to try. If you buy some beans or grounds for home, they'll give you a free cappuccino

前から行ってみたいと思ってたので行けて良かった。ただ残念なのは店内では携帯での通話が禁止されているのにしてる人が居てうるさかった事ですかね？店員さん気づいてなかったのかな？他にもノーパソでSkypeしてる人も居ましたね…

静か な環境を提供してくれる。店員が客に静か に話しかけ、静けさを促すスタイルは共感。時々、禁止とされている、席での携帯通話を見かけるが、通話している客に小さなメモ書きを渡す注意の仕方はスマート。

トースターはBALMUDA。モチ モチ でさっくりした美味しい食感を味わえます。

コーヒー も美味しくて、椅子も座り心地が良く、居心地が良い空間です。

マシンはSIMONELLIのAurelia2から2014年11月にSIMONELLIのBLACK EAGLE VA388に変更(SIMONELLIからの試用)。

朝は8時からやっています。冬に行くと仲は寒いです。あまり、ブレックファーストは無い。

豊かな珈琲 のかおりに包まれる素敵空間。ついつい時間を忘れてしまいます。
