Asha Tea House owner David Lau is serious about sourcing antioxidant rich matcha in both standard and ceremonial grades from family farms in Uji, Japan's premium growing region.

Most folks come here for the Boba but their loose leaf selection is incredible. Great fruit teas , the Pineapple Oolong is amazing. Try the Lapsang Souchong or High Mountain Dark Roast

Loose leaves, milk and matcha bases and tisanes. Beautiful selection, Nordic/Japanese design aesthetic. Few seats but comfy . Not cheap and accepts Apple Pay, convenient when you forget your wallet.

Got the Chai Latte and it was fantastic. Great for something warm on a cool day.

One of my favorite was spots in financial district! Delicious matcha and sweet boba ! Avoid going right after work ends. Long lines during rush hour.

Loved the iced blood orange tea , full of delicious pulp. Both the menu and atmosphere are a definite step up from your standard bubble tea spot.

I'm a fan of the HK milk tea and blood orange oolong. Not overly sweet like Tpumps and better quality tea . I prefer the drinks/ambiance at the Berkeley location .

I love that Asha offers non-dairy options for their teas ! This is one of my favorite pearl milk tea spots. They have an Arnold Palmer equivalent that's very tasty, too. The line always moves quickly.

Love the matcha ???? latte ! My go-to in SF now.

High quality matcha drinks here among many others. The matcha macchiato is tasty, small and intense. I prefer the matcha at Stonemill in the mission but this place is still very good.

Cozy space . Golden lily oolong tea on the artisan tea menu is smooth and soothing but so expensive at $6.50! Hawaiian butter mochi snack is $3.50.

I love their matcha latte , that's my go-to. Ginger honey is also delicious, great on a cold day or when you feel you're catching a cold. Oh and their chai is good too!

These guys knows how to make a cup of matcha , the tea house also has the gentle aroma of tea at all times.

The tea is really good, and they are fast too despite the crowd. The chai tea is really good here.

Not your typical bubble tea place. The tea here is much more traditional, as expected from a Japanese teahouse.
