It's steep at $60 a person, but worth paying the extra 15 bucks for the ultimate pass so you get the most out of the summit. Go early before 10am to avoid the crowds (and pack a jumper).
Awesome hike ! Two hours, 2600 feet elevation . Save money by packing your own lunch and hiking up. It’s $15 a person to ride down; buy tickets at the top. Lumberjack show is a must!
Great workout, nice view front the top. Some activities to do at the top also. Gondola ride $15 down to the end.
Grouse grind is always a fun thing to do in summer... So many stairs, but a rewarding scene is awaiting you at the top... Leave the gondola for the tourists ;)
Amazing scenery from top of this mountain over Vancouver. So much to do up there. Before going back down on the telefrik make sure to view the sunset from the outdoor patio of the restaurant
Such a beautiful view 😍
Great trip. So much to explore on the mountain . Worth a day trip...or two. You can check out zip lining , helicopter tours or just hike trails . Will definitely come back.
Awesome place for hiking , relaxing, having food and drinks, and skiing in the winter. Great views of Vancouver as well .
this place captured my heart. No1 and "must see" if you are in Van. Grouse Grind up during the day, enjoy the view , get some food, walk around and wait until the Van's lights turn on. gorgeous!!!
Most of the staff aren't aware of the snowshoe trails in detail. Head left at the pond past the cat tracks and look for the orange circles saying "SSG". Follow those to the top!
After grinding the mountain , enjoy the setting with a poutine . Plus, you'll maybe have the chance to see a bear if it's your lucky day.
Whether it's for handsome men in flannel, axe-throwing, wood-carving action or both, the Lumberjack Show is brilliant. Just don't get caught without enough layers when that misty mountain fog sets in!
Make sure you check out the lumberjack show , it's really cool! Also, if you're a girl and you wanna join them in a number take a seat up front, close to the stairs ;)
Can take the cable car for scenic lookout . Keep ticket for a $2.00 discount if you visit the Capilano Bridge .
Amazing views on the city of Vancouver and suburbs. We had a clear view of Mt Baker and Rainier.
It was one of the best hiking in North Vancouver!!! Amazing place, magic!!!
Great Place for skiing in the winter, ideal for hiking in the summer and autumm.. Awesome view of the city . Try the Roast beef sandwich and an apple juice at the restaurant .
Walk up.. it's good for you and saves you the expensive return ticket (only $10 to go down)
Try the Grouse Grind trail , it's tough but it really worths the effort! You'll be proud to be up there! And... your effort will save you 30$! Spend only 10$ to get back down with the Gondola.
I live grouse mountain. I breathe grouse. Snowboarding is just great there !!
In the Men's washroom the first sink has n'ice cold water from the tap which is great to cool down with after a grind! The other sinks are cool to warm.
If you are capable, do the Grouse Grind . A very memorable way to remember Vancouver and it's mountains .

There is not any women`s snowboard boot in rental !!! They only have men`s boot , so if you have small foot, your foot will be like a pencil in a glass!
Grouse mountain is always prone to high winds and so on, and even if you snowboard for like an hour, they would not give you your ticket back.
Don’t miss seeing the 2 orphans grizzly bear 🐻
Take the Grind for 60 minutes of hard-core cardio ... about 3000 steps straight up.

Awesome! Don't remember the price but it is good value, awesome view of the metro area and the restaurant up top is also pretty good. Bears are scary. - Gaston Motola Acuna
The 2 grizzlies are majestic, lumbering behemoths that seem to enjoy their semi-public space. Both were rescued as cubs. Also, they enjoy watermelon (fed by rangers) - Andy Ellis
Snow shoeing is an awesome workout..forget the gym and go out in nature - Karla R.
Great view, great patio, great drinks and fun service. The food however is a bit ordinary, don't go expecting much and you'll have a great time. - Pricey
I absolutely loved it. It's a fun way to spend few hours in the nature. Beside the bridge there are few other activities you can do such as the tree top walk and cliff one. Strongly recommend it - Michael Rizzato
