One the most truly awesome (low traffic) places to go sledding on a snowy day (like today)!
Lots of kids enjoying the shady park with their parents today. We are sitting undr a tree on the hill next to the soldiers and sailors monument
In addition to the awesome Hippos there is a nice rec room available for rental.
Look for the hippo that you can climb into!

This place is great if you want to take a run. Because it's near the water. I'm proud to be the first of all you guys to have been here. But then again. I grew up on the upper west side - Maggie Wagner
During warm weather, don't forget to bring swimwear and towels for the kids. There are sprinklers for them to frolic in! - Alan C
