One the most truly awesome (low traffic) places to go sledding on a snowy day (like today)!
Lots of kids enjoying the shady park with their parents today. We are sitting undr a tree on the hill next to the soldiers and sailors monument
In addition to the awesome Hippos there is a nice rec room available for rental.
Look for the hippo that you can climb into!

Porta-Johns are disgusting, my daughter screamed and wanted out. Good thing because I was just about to be overcome. Otherwise great shaded park .
Porta - Johns still disgusting. Parks Dept need to get the bathrooms going by summer
Only place to be on those hot days
bathrooms are still not working. Porta potty is the only place to go. sandbox closed for upgrading too.
