The biscuits here are AMAZING! If you don’t want a HUGE breakfast , definitely recommend the egg sandwich (egg , cheese , bacon on a biscuit ) because they ALSO bring you a biscuit while you wait.

When you've been living in France for 4 months... YOU NEED one of these biscuits as soon as you land in Raleigh! The fried green tomato app w/goat cheese and pecan relish is my go to.

The Flat Iron Steak with Sautéed Mushrooms is truly delicious. While other breakfast/brunch venues offer up protein options, they are usually bland. The Flying Biscuit does it deliciously, bravo! :)

Despite its name, there are definitely GF options here! Though they don't have a special GF menu they were prepared to accommodate me. My waitress was very helpful.

I have not had the best experience here, although many people love it my children found the mac & cheese too spicy to eat & my food was not good either.

The dirty bird is amazing! Nice crunchy crust and seasoning on the chicken .

I LOVE their grits and the açaí bowl . The açaí bowl is very filling.

I must say the grits are the best I've ever had in Raleigh but it's a hit or miss. Doesn't always taste the same, which is kind of disappointing. The dill cream cheese salmon is yummy though!
