Best gluten free Benny in Vancouver (thus far)! Crispy GF base! Yes, teeny portions, but flavourgasm makes up for it. Hollandaise sauce & rich yolks : ✔️????

Great coffee options . Pretty extensive breakfast , brunch , and lunch menus . Gets pretty busy on weekend mornings so seats might be hard to come by.

Worth the walk from Coal Harbour for good coffee . Also, I didn't realize there was such thing as good ketchup but the homemade stuff they make here is second to none.
