Our order got lost in a technological hiccup. The manager quickly got our food at the top of the list, comp'd the meal, AND threw in 2 grilled cheese doughnuts when we asked about the meal. WOW!

It's really cool that you can customize your own grilled cheese with a bunch of options. You have your choice of different soups too.

This place has THE BEST service. After one small mistake with my sandwich , they not only made me a new one free of charge, but gave me a free grilled cheese donut for dessert !
