There’s a Daiso here but as other reviewers have mentioned, it’s tiny but you can pick up Japanese souvenirs for far less than the Don Quixote nearby.
Went in here for a Daiso but it was so small. There is also a Muji on the 3rd floor

株式会社テーオーシーが運営するショッピングセンター。1986年開店。株式会社テーオーシーの代表取締役の大谷卓男氏はニューオータニを経営する大谷家の家系。4FのLIBROやB1のSEIYUなど最初から入っているテナントもあるが以前と比べるとユニクロ、無印やダイソーなど安物の店が増えた印象。
決済端末が更新され、クレジットカードに加えて銀聯カード・J-Debit、電子マネー(交通系IC・iDなど)にも対応するようになりました!

トイレが何かと混雑。5階のトイレが広くて回転が良いので、トイレを使いたい人は5階へ直行。

Uniqlo (4F) here is lots bigger than the basement one round the corner, though has less changing rooms. Akachan Hanpo (5F) is a bit of a nightmare of screaming kids. Use the tax free tills if you can. - Matt Ta-Min
