Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai

Impressed with everything in this hotel . Outstanding service will be unforgettable!!

Very friendly staffs and room service ! They tried whatever they can to make my stay pleasant! Rooms are a bit small but well kept.

Si Ji Xuan Chinese restaurant features Shanghai's signature crustacean: the hairy crab . Grey-green and legs spiked with bristles, this menu item is only available in October and November.

They actually serve really hot coffee for breakfast ! This is an advantage you can get at almost no other hotel , sadly. On the other hand there is a big construction site right beside it.

not sure if seasonal or not but that welcome ginger tea at check in 👍

Afternoon tea time is very busy, food isn't the greatest but staff provide great service!

Weekday breakfast here is a disappointment. Variety not up to expectations for the four seasons and the good they do have there most of it was cold or lukewarm.

Wifi connection is not that great unless you buy the premium connection

Bit old compared with all the new hotels popping up in Shanghai but service is still the best!

A security checkpoint at a top hotel ? It was worse than train and metro stations .... sorta felt like airport customs.
