Professional and excellent service at the front desk. If you booked via Priority Club, check in was friendly and fast. Room is more luxury if compared to holiday Inn Galleria. Overall a good stay.

Good hotel . Facilities are a little bit old but still clean and fully operational. Buffet breakfast is madness: from sushi to ramen and all kinds of food that anyone could have for lunch .

If you want high quality cakes and pastries , i suggest you try visit their bakeshop located at 2nd floor. They sell everything from cakes to cookies to muffins , etc at 50% off starting 7pm onwards! :)

Room is roomy but feel dated. Plenty of electric outlets in the room but wish they have USB ports for charging.

Their rooms are better compared to Holiday Inn ... But they are interconnected to each other and Robinson's Galleria at the third floor...

Try their wide range of teas ! Usually offered when you arrange for a conference room . Every one of them is just perfect!!!

Might need some renovations soon! Still one of the best services in town ! Classy ! :)

大厅空清怎么那么臭，东西方人都不是很李姐。虽然被升级了套房，但是内部设施也非常陈旧，床和被子特别不行，睡得我直接感冒了。而且那个窗户是怎么回事，仿佛没有装一般，一点隔音都没有，外面的摩托车等听得一清二楚。checkout的时候前台问我有啥不满意的吗，我说这隔音太差了，他面露难色。。。
