Great place to pick up produce, meat and baked goods from local vendors . Definitely best to get their early to beat the crowds as it can get pretty packed.
A definite Rochester favorite . There are tons of vendors selling fresh veggies , fruits , and anything else you can think of!! Definitely worth a trip on a Saturday morning .

My family has been going to the market for the past 22 weeks straight. And plan ti continue until after thanksgiving for certain. I wish it was an inside market though on bad weather days.

This is the crown jewel of Rochester! The Saturday market is my absolute favorite weekend activity! Nothing like supporting local farmers and getting enough food for over a week for $15 or less!!!
Thursdays are great days...used to go on Saturdays but make sure you're in a social frame of mind.

Juan is very proud of the homemade sauces that go with his & maria's Empanadas - they're on the counter in squirt bottles. The empanadas aren't the same without the sauce!

Go to Zimmerman's and get a breakfast sandwich for $3. Produce during the spring and summer are amazing and dirt cheap . Nice selection of free range and organic meats as well .
I always get my cheese from Larry's Cheese . Great prices on your everyday cheese , pepperoni , and olives . Plus Larry is hysterical.
You can find some cool stuff on garage sale Sundays. Get there early.
