Red Mesa Restaurant

One of the best restaurants in St. Petersburg. I've been coming here for almost 15 years, and have always had a great meal. Even the sangria is good! Give it a try :)

Had the crab quacamole, it was fresh but could have used some more salt and heat, entrees were good, was only there for lunch . Had the chicken Fernandez and my girlfriend had the taco salad

Everything is wonderful here. I've been coming for about 8 years. If they still have the sunset menu it's a good deal , but be there before it starts.

Place is magical !foods amazing drinks are even better . Best date of life too . Can't say enough about this place

This place is ridiculous.. I came in and looked at the menu at first and was really disappointed, then ordered the Carne Asada . My mind was blown! It's amazing!!

Try the chocolate spoon cake with vanilla bean gelato . Delicious!

I think they may sprinkle magic seasonings in the food because it is so delicious. One of my favorite restaurants in pinellas county .

Crab & shrimp stuffed snapper is new to the menu & delightful. Ate every last bite and I'm sure you will too!

Margaritas are the best. Try the Ginger Salmon Salad . It's refreshingly delicious.

Service was good. We were lucky we didn't have to wait for a table. The seafood did not taste good at all though. Everything else was delicious

Try the guava empanada . Guava paste and cream cheese turnover topped with guava and mango and served with vanilla gelato .

The Carne Asada tastes perfect. It has a wonderful potpourri of flavors to mix into a corn tortilla . Very good.

The stuffed shrimp are out of this world. Great chips and salsa too.

Their Southwest Grilled Grouper is my favorite grouper entree in the region. To categorize this place as "Mexican" misses the mark. Just a great restaurant .

Beware the recent change in Sunday breakfast hours - now opening at 11, not 9.

Not as fun as the downtown location, much more low key and family style .

Lunch and dinner

Careful! They charge you for chips & salsa during lunch hour! They'll ask if you want them but but don't advise you of the charge. Also they nickel and dime you for everything additional.
