Concierge and reception staff are well - trained and extremely helpful. Housekeeping a bit noisy . Excellent breakfast and good value if included in your booking via iPrefer. Location wonderful.
hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and helpfull, the bed very comfy but the room little bit noisy , and for five star hotel there were no bathtub for us to relax after walking around paris..
