Lake Phalen is truly a gathering place. It's beautiful to walk but it also has lots of activities like an amphitheater , beach volleyball , playgrounds , sports fields and ice rinks.
Newly renovated! Nice for biking and running! Cultural appreciation!

The Christmas lights display has gotten progressively worse but the price keeps increasing. Definitely not enough value for $10
