There seems to be a lot of rules. The lifeguards are always shouting on the intercom about "reminder beach rules". They have 15 min routine "lake checks". But free dinner for kids under 18!
Phalen is one stop place for activities. You really can't stop finding things to do.
Amazing place for a great walk!
All the lifeguards do is yell into that stupid megaphone !!

If you can, bring a car that allows you to turn off your lights (including daytime running lights). They ask visitors to drive the route in the dark--the show is much better that way. - Mark D
