Brooklyn Smorgasbord is too packed for you? This is a smaller version with great food and a beer garden . Perfect lunch spot in the summer.
Try General Tso'Boy! Sweet and savory General Tso Chicken on a freshly baked Po 'Boy bread inspired by authentic Louisiana favorite Ledeinhemer. It's TsoGood!! $5 for a half and $10 for a whole.
>50 local vendors . Great food from the 5 boroughs, upstate New York. Phenomenal DJ . Eventually turns into a party. The great this is it runs till 8 pm. Convenient parking garage . Very dog friendly :)
LIC Flea, the largest outdoor market in Queens, is in full gear this season. Check out exciting newcomers offering vintage clothes , antiques , gifts , food, and more. Sat-Sun, 10am-6pm. Read more
Vegan=SoulKofa; Sweetleaf (including THE MOST amazing gluten free brownie bites ); fresh almond milk ; some fruit pops; pakora burger (substitute caramelized onions for non-vegan chutney ) c/o Sweet&Sara
Try the delicious tacos from Oaxaca, go for the Potato Poblano or Ceviche if you're vegetarian . Manducatis Rustica pizza has a great crust, thin but not too crispy , the guys making the pizza are hot!
Sample one sample many, all are extremely delicious. Try the Chocolate Preztzel, Buttermilk Bourbon or the Blueberry Lemon with Ginger glaze.
Vendors worth checking out: Butcher Bar (brisket ), Sweet Silk (smoothies ), Itizy handcrafted ice cream . There's also a designer, Laila Alexander who displayed some gorgeous hand designed bags.
The bobotie (meatloaf ) from the South African place is amazing! Impressive array of food vendors (huge number of dessert options , some vegan and/or gluten free ). Very fair prices .
What it lacks in the airtight hipster curation you’ll find in Brooklyn and downtown Manhattan, it makes up for with homespun charm and truly local vendors you won’t find outside of LIC.
The market has more vendors during the warmer seasons when it's held outside compared to when they have it indoors. Overall, nice way to check out funky things and eat yummy food
Always tons of interesting crafts here. The Lego guy, in particular is worth a visit just to see what he is doing. Nice selection of food options as well .
Grab some grub from a selection of local LIC vendors, and don't forget to wash it down with a brew from the Rockaway Brewing Company , located just across the street from the entrance
Try the olde fashioned kettle corn . It's amazing. They have local boylan sodas too, black cherry is the way to go!!
Look for the khao man gai booth . Thai Street food made up of an Amazing chicken and rice dish with a side of broth. I get cravings for it. Seriously.
You gotta check out the Seoul Pancake booth . Everything there is great, but especially bacon & cheese one! You'll leave wanting more!
Full of friendly vendors with reasonable prices. Plus, there is a fantastic selection of food and drinks. LIC is lucky to have such a neat event .
HK Street Cart's green mango salad with lemongrass chicken is probably the least greasy, most fresh and flavorful treat here. Don't forget a side of Manda's spicy bananas .
If you're looking for a flea market , you're probably in the wrong place. If you want to eat some paleo-vegan-soy-free-gluten-free non-sense, that's the place to go !
I was totally sleeping on this last time, but the cod roll w/ spicy sauce from Corner Fish Market is stellar.
Up and coming flea. A South African food stall sold boerie rolls which made me real happy.
Cool for LIC but crowded for that reason. The new beer garden is highly well received by parents and all the kids underfoot
Check out the art gallery that often runs new artists and student art in the adjacent building.
Get the green tea slushie from the sushi place. It's amazing.
General Tso'boy sandwich is amazing! Perfect bread , perfect sauce, perfect chicken .
Stay cool while walking around the LIC Flea with an amazing fruit concoction from lizzmonade .
Ethnic food, beer arts and crafts.
The dumplings ! Best part of the entire thing! Run to them!
Lots of great local vendors . Order BBQ early to reserve some ribs .
Pick up a fresh brew from Rockaway Brewing Company around the corner before heading in!
Great selection of food . Fun to try everything.
The vendors are good people with quality products but this place definitely has a depressing vibe.
Not a huge choice of food, but worth the journey. Try the dumplings !!
Mostly food stalls , a little bit a flea, accompanied by music . Only thing that would improve it -- more than one farmer's stall.
Excellent weekend market to hit to get a local feel of the neighborhood .
Try the guilt coffee , I found the cold brew amazing!
Mostly food stands , great vibe. Definitely worth checking out!
Amazing! Don't forget to grab a beer on your way in.
If Clean Plate is there, go eat shrimp grits ! So good.
Unfortunately we came here when it was almost 100 degrees and the market was outside, was very tough for sellers and visitors
The BBQ brisket is awesome.
Excellent food and beer choices .
The food vendor variety isn't as great as the previous year.
Beautifully set up excellent food great vibe.
@Robicellis are a MUST!
Make sure you get a LARGE brisket sandwich from Butcher Bar or else you'll be sad.
Lizzmonade was amazing!
I recommend the bike slushees, bar b que and iced coffee
