Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q

Everyone complaining about Rudys is an idiot. Come here for perfect brisket , made the way God intended. Sauce is great, but use it sparingly to get the full meat effect.

The creamed corn & new potatoes were very good. Lean brisket had more flavor than the fatty moist brisket . Turkey and ribs OK. Jalapeño sausage good and spicy . Peach cobbler & banana pudding were good

Love the turkey and creamed corn . Wish the prices were lower I ordered for a family at Church once and spent 90 bucks for a family of 6?!

Everything is delicious here, but the moist brisket and the corn cream are to die for! My favorite BBQ place now!

I'm not from Texas so I may not be in tune with the finer BBQ options there. But I thought this place was amazing! The moist brisket was great!

Good food and fun atmosphere , picnic tables and friendly staff . I know it's not the very best BBQ but it is pretty darn good.

Okay place for gluten-free. Some of the staff here are great, but there’s a lot of turnover and too many of the kids they hire have zero understanding of gluten (but insist they do), so beware.

The brisket is really good and I like the sauces you can put on the food

Make sure you get the Rudy's sauce when there. Its just one of those sauces that sticks to you when you think about good BBQ .

Was disappointed in the moist brisket (extremely dry. Surprised) but pulled pork made up for it. Potato salad is normally soo good but today it wasn't the best.

Don't order food togo- I ordered food to take to my Dad in the Hosp. Alex wrapped the food so tight then squeezed it even more. it looked liked compressed beef when you open it. Not Happy.
