I am really enjoying this hotel , the architecture is amazing, the pool and Zen gardens are a great relaxation place. The rooms whilst smaller are much more thought out. Breakfast buffet is awesome!

Go for the orchid club hotel specials, just amazing. Basically free flow for my whole stay. Saved a lot on food for sure. Love the hotel , feels like I'm at a resort w all the greenery . Amazing.

Great eco-style hotel with perfect design. I would recommend to upgrade up to orchid club , it gives: champagne breakfast on club level, afternoon tea , cocktails with buffet ,2 items free laundry , etc.

Pay for the club level upgrade, it's so worth it. The afternoon tea was excellent quality and worth it. Free wifi , mini bar , amazing. Also, the burger off the room service menu was actually great.

Super nice design of the hotel . Perfect location. Future growth of plants could turn hotel into real Oasis. Serious training issues exist at this hotel - no leadership or consistency across the board.

The contours of the award-winning exterior design flow all the way to the office block (One Upper Pickering), a 15-storey tower. There appears to be no bridge or link between the 2 structures

Very nice hotel and rooms. Free wifi and decent breakfast buffet . Unfortunately staff is slow, not motivated, lacking a nice smile... Service wise would stay at a different hotel next time.

The standard double rooms are great. Pool has a great aspect but is a bit narrow for lengths unless it’s quiet . Breakfast buffet very good. Wifi however was sub par.

Loved the design! Very open and green. The room was not big, but lovely. Good service . Not far from city center.

I cancled the Capella due to personal problem, and here i am. Guess what. So right one i made. Best place ever for someone came alone, like to stick into the hotel (orchid club room reserve is needed)

From the outside it's a giant eyesore. The lobby is somewhat more pleasant - nice armchairs .

Nice hotel with lots to do. Food, bars , etc just within walking distance. Pricey but worth it.

Balconies covered in tropical plants and contoured surfaces based on rock formations . Try their Peranakan lunch or dinner buffet !

Opposite the hotel (across) the park ) is a cocktail bar that whips up an utterly creative list of cocktail and food.

Nice ambience. Service is a bit lacking at the front desk and at the cafe . They are definitely understaffed and under trained . Still haven't sorted out my GHA loyalty program issue after 5 mtgs

Hey ParkRoyal, just a tip: service is service, and good service should not depend on whether your patrons are locals having a weekend staycation or actual tourists . It should not even matter actually.

A team of honest & resourceful staffs ! Wldnt have my cardholder (only credit cards inside) back if they have not gone the extra mile to locate me.

the design and everything are great. but the staffs can be better and the system of the hotel . they promise to block out the room we wanted but when came it wasn't.
