Overall a decent hotel , was here for three weeks on business. Gym is quite small although has decent free weights. Pool is only good for floating in as really small. Staff were lovely though :-)

Gael Vinh

In addition to the 15 pounds per day wifi access you have also to pay another 15 pounds for one night parking !!! And of course room is more than 100 pounds ....

Little Scrapes

Don't put your room key anywhere near your mobile phone because the super sensitive key will stop working and you'll be up and down like a yoyo to reception to get it fixed ????

Jihène Saadi

Very nice hotel ! Excellent welcome. Wake up call the last day, a box with breakfast before leaving to the airport .

Global Hussein

Very good location beside the huge shopping center. Friendly staff and reasonable price.

Looks ugly both from outside and inside. A feeling like you are back in the USSR in the 90s.

About 15 minutes walk to temple meads

Everything was ok. It's pity in 2011 you have to pay for the internet in 4* hotel . The breakfast is outstanding (check my photo), highly recommended.

Fernando Mayo

Don't eat in if you can avoid it. Very expensive and terribly slow.
